Of every one hundred men, ten should not even be here. Eighty are nothing but targets. Nine are real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the One... One of them is a Warrior... He will bring the others back.

Have you been in contact with a prosecutor?
Apparently, I'm supposed to be more angry about what Mitt Romney does with his money than what Barack & Michelle Obama do with mine
My Little Buddy
I tried to be in contact with the prosecutor but I can't they say I could only talk with him/her before the hearing. Yeah he didn't take a lawyer when he was arrested and he'll be showing up alone.
Just because he didn't have one when he was arrested doesn't mean he will not hire one or have a court-appointed attorney at the hearing. Very few people ask for an attorney at the time of their arrest. We're not obligated to give them one either unless they are being questioned about the crime.
Normally the District Attorney (DA) will call you prior to the court hearing or at least ask you some questions the day of the hearing. He/She will then usually offer a plea bargain to the offender.
