    When stopping someone for speeding.

    Just out of curiosity,
When doing radar,If you catch someone speeding, 15-20+ mph over the speed limit,If their engine sound is obviously under the rpm it would take to maintain the speed you clocked them at,does it irk you that you didn't catch them just a few seconds earlier,or does it not bother you at all?
Or...have the police frequenting this site never given any thought to it?
If it does irk you,do you put them for exactly what you clocked them at and leave it at that,or try to find everything you can?

Solely out of curiosity,i keep wondering what'll happen to the bikes that fly by me going about double the posted speed limit and letting completely off the throttle when going over a hill; When they get caught

Engine sound and RPM's has nothing to do with running radar and issuing speeding tickets.
Of every one hundred men, ten should not even be here. Eighty are nothing but targets. Nine are real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the One... One of them is a Warrior... He will bring the others back.

I was mainly referring to bikes.Where it's much more clear to tell by the sound if they're maintaining a speed, flooring it or have let off of the throttle completely; Whereas if they've let off of the throttle completely, and are still going 85-90 when they cross your path,it's clear they had just recently stopped accellerating/slowed down.

    This should be fairly clear.

Its crystal clear its just not the answer he wants :D. I dont get angry at the sound of the engine or estimated RPM. I clock you and cite you. End of story.

Engine sound and RPM's do not matter with running radar. 99% of the time, I get someone's speed before I even hear their engine. And on a bike, Your RPM and Engine sound could be higher or lower depending on what gear you are in. Completely independant of your speed.

And if a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it, does it still make a sound?

I normally don't hear the engine cause I have my music turned up too loud. That said, even if I could, I would care less what sound the engine was making. What counts is what pops up on my radar.

And in answer to your question, Outshined, the answer is no.
