I just finished a tour of the college I'm going to in September. They have a nice library...for a community college anyway. :rolleyes: Now I'm all excited about school so my goal is to have him out by the beginning of the semester. :D

You've been with him for 3 years, so you don't have the experience of breaking up. Trust me. There is NEVER a "good time" to do it. You just need to do it and be done with it.

An unequivocal "We're through and won't be getting back together so don't even ask" or something along those lines. Have your eviction paperwork ready if he won't leave and keep a phone in your hand to dial 9-1-1 if you need to.

Not to worry. He didn't dice me and feed me to wild boars. :eek: I feel like crap though, but I guess that's to be expected... :(

I told the cop I was gonna tell my boyfriend, so he told me to call his cell if anything happened. Thank God it wasn't necessary.

I can't even describe my boyfriend's reaction. It was a mixture of surprise, shock, confusion, denial, thinking I was joking, disappointment, frustration, fear, panic, and only a tad of anger. :confused:

One thing he was very clear about though: He's NOT going to leave.

I told him that he has ten days to move out before I start the eviction process.

We'll see what happens. He's stubborn as hell, so I'm sure he'll put up a fight even in court. :(

He already doesn't believe I'm serious. :( I don't think I've ever really stood up to him so he's not used to that. It's gonna be really difficult because for the next week or so he'll constantly try to change my mind... and once the papers are filed it's probably gonna get even worse. Damn it.

One prediction: He's gonna buy me some flowers from Shoprite tonight (my money) and some corny lovey-dovey card which he forgets to sign.
