    Please Help I Need A Officer's Outlook!

Before you start reading I would like to thank you for answers and help.

The first night of summer me and my friends decided to go see the atco ghost.. its a myth in NJ where you can see the kid if you go onto a road called burnt mill road... and all this other jazz. Well when we head towards there we saw plenty of cars pull out and in so we thought it would be safe but for a second we where frighted by people who we thought where cops but they were just regular people but any way... We took 2 car loads of kids 4 in each car but both of the drivers including my self have only a provisional licenses.. Then when i was pulling out of the road a cop was coming to get the other car which my friend was driving and i was about to pull out but another police car was blocking my way.

Now here is the deal the cop can to me and I was respectful as I could be and she seemed to be satisfied with my manners but in the other case my friend was being fresh and thought this whole thing was a joke and really ticked off the officer. I told him to shut up and apologized on his behalf. Later on they suspected us to have drugs and I assured them no one had or is on drugs in the car which is a true fact. Then the other officer who pulled over my other friend came up and I did not forget my manners and He asked me numerous times if anyone had drugs and I said no sir. He seemed in a good mood but then he walked towards my car to question my friends. Then came back quickly and just said "thank your friend for this ticket". Then that officer got in his car and drove off. Then I talked to the lady officer who originally pulled me over and I was telling her about how I cant get in any more trouble cause I already have a speeding ticket from last month and she seemed really genuine and said well its only a ticket for a court date and she wasnt sure if i was going to accumulate any points.

    My basic question is..
Will I be let off easy in court?
How much trouble will i get for having more than 1 person in my car with only a provisional license?
How should I act in court?
And Where they allowed to pulled me over for driving down that road?
Will the fact that I have a Speeding / Careless Driving ticket affect me in court?
Is it my friends fault for me getting a ticket because the officers found him as a smartass?
Do I have to bring my parent to court with me?

Thank you for reading you answers are greatly appreciated.
I hold no grudges to the officers they are just doing their job.
(My brother is going to become an officer after he gets his results of his board exam in DC) <--- Sorry If that is off topic but it shows I do have respect for the police and I just make mistakes sometimes...

    We cannot tell the future.

How much trouble will i get for having more than 1 person in my car with only a provisional license?

Can't answer this as I am not from NJ.

How should I act in court?

I truly hope you are not really expecting an answer to this one.

And Where they allowed to pulled me over for driving down that road?

    Yes.

Will the fact that I have a Speeding / Careless Driving ticket affect me in court?

    Possibly.

Is it my friends fault for me getting a ticket because the officers found him as a smartass.

Officers have discretion to cite or not. No one but the officer that gave you the ticket can answer that.

You are known for who you are and who you hang out with. You are free to change one or both to make yourself a better person.

I've been up for a long while now, perhaps I missed it....What is the cite for?

Apologizing for your friend, although it seems the right thing to do is annoying for my, as a LEO working a case.
Each person is responsible for their actions. Another party trying to justify or cover-up a person's actions is in no way contributing to the cessation of the investigation. You may try to negotiate on your own behalf, at most say something about how your friend is being a jerk and you're sorry when away from the group talking to the LEO (I assumed you piped up in a group from the OP).

Speeding ticket + provisional license + extra people in car = probable license suspension in NJ. NJ wants you to play by the rules....thats why they give provisional licenses. When you show your too immature to follow the rules (speeding ticket and unauthorized passenger ticket), they typically take away your privelege to drive!
-In God we trust. All others, put your hands on the car and don't move.
