Is it near impossible to bring fraud charges against a 'psychic' or someone like John Edwards? People give them large amounts of money for a 'reading' and because they claim to have 'powers'.

Remember Miss Cleo? Her disclaimer was; "For entertainment purposes only." The fraud charges they eventually pinned on her company related to the way they billed phone customers, not the accuracy of their advice.
