So having a good family life; quality time with your girlfriend / partner; good sleeping habits and a social life that includes going out on Friday and Saturday nights is better than creeping around in the dark; doing rotating shift work; working quick shifts; crappy sleep patterns; having no social or family life and generally dealing with all those weirdos that come out in the dark?

Hmmm. Perhaps I forgot to take my medication this morning but something about my argument concerning day shift being boring doesn't sound right?

    In my line of work....
1st, because your day is done at 2pm (ya still have half a day left!)
2nd, because having a start time of 2pm lets you sleep in.
3rd, because nothing is going on.
