    I want to buy this and add..

    A *edit*collasiblee, collapsible stock to it, I would like to know if that would that be legal?

    FYI, and to save you the trouble of asking me if this is for a school report or research work, it is not, it's just me being curious.

    I hate weddings cause old people always poke you and say, "You're next!" So I started doing that crap to them at funerals.

    The purpose of the 1st amendment is to protect unpopular speech, You do not have a right to not be offended..

    Sir I would never post anything like that, it's a clean link to a picture of an item I want to but from Davidson's gun catalog.

    I have no Idea how to get the item to appear on this page.

    You can also go to www.advout.com and click on Bushmaster, then 9mm and view the picture of what I want.

    But to sort of answer your question- you are purchasing a weapon classified as a "pistol", then changing it to a rifle. That alone has some legal issues attached to it. Throw in the fact that now you will have a rifle with a 10" barrel and you fall under federal law regarding SBR's.

    In many states an SBR is not legal in any form even if you could get the feds to give you the proper paperwork.

    You need to do a LOT more research before you start buying firearms.

    I was not sure if the collapsible stock turned it in to a SBR or not.

    When in doubt, call AT&F and ask them.

    HOWEVER, no it is not legal and I would strongly advise against
    doing it. If you havnt visited Leavenworth Prison in Kansas, I will
    give you a hint, it is not a nice place.
    On a clear night, I can see the other deputies emergency lights at least 10 miles away.
    But it isnt flat here LOL
