Unhappy about getting arrested for warrant at department of motor vehicles

okay, when you go to the dmv to renew your id or license whichever, and they type your info in the comp ..and it just so happens you have a warrant you didnt kknow you had...and a peice of paper pops out of theyre printer... it says red hot warning in big red letters on the bottom half of the paper... is that an indication that you have a warrant or can it be different things because i went up there once n this happened to me and im assuming the red hot warning meant i had a warrant..... but now my friend went up there the other day and on his paper she printed out he saw red hot warning and he just left the office quikly to avoid goin to jail.... but we dont know if he has a warrant or not but he left just incase ... how de we know exactly what red hot warning meens and stands for and if he really has a warrant ???

Hard to say. But if you know or think you have warrant , why go around looking over your shoulder all of the time ?? GO take care of it and get on with your life.

Since outstanding traffic warrants suspend your license , more than likely , the red letters were an alert to NOT renew the persons license. As long as the warrant is active , the license stays suspended.

And now , to quote the Hallujah Chorus...

" for ever and ever , for ever and ever , for ever and ever..."
