I sent $200 off about three weeks ago to someone who was suppose to send me chickens, well he sent me the box and a brick inside. No birds. He is now ignoring my emails and wont answer. So what can i do? Can he get arrested for scamming? Or is it just a lost cause?

He could be arrested the problem is finding him. Its most likely a lost cause. Good luck.

Well, with both of us being in different states. I doubt that its on the departments Priority list. No big deal. Lost cause i guess. I will just warn everyone else not to buy from him!
