Today in my library I discovered a book titled Driving While Black.... and it make me wonder.... do police officers still struggle with making arrests against different races? is racism still a problem for police officers when it comes to convictions and investigations?

It's a perceived problem by the liberal media. We follow the trail of the truth in investigations, no matter what the race of the victim or what the defendants turn out to be. But it sells soap for the media.

So it is just a percieved problem? Would, if a person were to think that the officer was racist, a person be able to charge a police officer with descrimination?? surely that wouldnt stand up in court. but lately im starting to question the true justice system.... did you know that there are three volumes in PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS that teach students how to be a terrorist?? 3 volumes...one is becoming a terrorist, another is how to get others to join you, and how to act like a terrorist.... shouldnt that be illegal??? isnt terrorism what the united states is trying to fight??? they have books on how to become a terrorist but none on God or anything about the bible because that would be "wrong". sorry i am a very opinionated young lady.

First, you have to understand the purpose of the media. It's product is news, but it makes its money off advertising. With cable tv, etc., news coverage is a cutthroat business. The competition is horrible for an audience, either print or broadcast. So they sensationalize even the most trival in order to bring in an audience. The bigger the audience, the more they can charge for advertising.

Police are an easy target for the media. We really can't fight back. As someone once said, never pick a fight with someone who buys ink by the barrel. They make big headlines on allegations and then print the truth later on the back page or don't mention it at all.

I've witnessed events involving police and then saw on TV and/or read about it in the paper and you wouldn't know it was the same situation.

I have no problems making arrests regardless of what race the person is. In my eyes there are only two kinds of people anyway: Good Guy and Bad Guys. Good Guys have no worries at all and I'll jack up any bad guy no matter what color his/her skin is.

Again, race has no bearing at all when it comes to investigations and convictions. My investigations are simply done to find the facts of the case and it's up to the courts, and partially on how well my investigation/report was done, that determine convictions.

Like mentioned, don't believe everything the liberal media, Al Sharpton and his cronies, or other bleeding heart liberal, ignorant jag-offs have to say regarding the police and race. There are far more racists elected into government office than there are racist cops...the liability regarding that is just way too high for a department to stomach....besides it being an archiach concept.

There is a large populace that still believes that the government is designed to hold blacks down. These same idiots feel that Obama is now going to shed light on these mystery unwritten laws and by spontaneous combustion, launch more African Americans into positions of power. :rolleyes:

It's the idiots and un-educated that are at the center of these allegations.(See my signature for one) These idiots come in all shades of color and other idiots flock to them like flies to sh%^.

We will not fight and kill other people of color in the world who, like black people, are being victimized by the white racist government of America. 7. We want an immediate end to police brutality and murder of black people.

We believe we can end police brutality in our black community by organizing black self-defense groups that are dedicated to defending our black community from racist police oppression and brutality. 8. We want freedom for all black men held in federal, state, county and city prisons and jails.

We believe that all black people should be released from the many jails and prisons because they have not received a fair and impartial trial.

We believe that the courts should follow the United States Constitution so that black people will receive fair trials. Why post a Black Panther excerpt from 1966? I would think that most of them have gone just like the KKK. There are few from both sides of the spectrum out there. We all know that.

As far as the OP's question: the only ones who are racist are those that blatantly break the law and then scream in my face that I'm stopping/arresting them because they are (black, egyptian, hispanic, etc)...

Because there are several branches that still believe in this philosophy. I have done studies, research papers and it was one of the ideologies I personally am the most familiar with.

My post was about the most current racial political inaccuracies. People (Purple, Orange, Black, Brown and White) believe that the Obama was going to shed light on organizations built within the government that hold (add color here) down because of the color of their skin.

I was just pointing out how stupid of an idea that is..

Sad thing is, there are subjects taught in schools when it could be sum'd up "Some people are just idiots"
