why is everybody here so hostel? i was just asking a question about hitchhiking. i didnt want to discuss my sex life or education with you. ill never be a cop like you guys but i dont plan on being a criminal either. didnt i ask for a legal way to get to utah? why would i bother if i was a crook?

Here's the best legal thing you could do. Tell the girl to go back to her parents, they know best and can support her 50x better than you could right now. Get a job, make a living, buy a home, and then go back and get her and live happily ever after, LEGALLY.

Another thought occurred to me though. If you love this girl so much that you want to marry her, why would you even consider putting her in an inherently risky situation as hitchhiking? :confused: And the whole "I will have a knife and pepper spray" thing won't cut it against someone with the element of surprise and a gun.
