I have a roommate that continues to smoke pot in my home even after I have told him to quit. He also keeps bringing people over every night to smoke with him. Do I have a leg to stand on if I call 911? Even if they find just a small amount, can they kick him out or what. I want him to be gone without having to evict him because he keyed my last vehicle I owned, but now I am borrowing my father's truck. I feel trapped. Please tell me what to do!!!! Thanks!

Even if you call the police and he is arrested, he will be back as that is his legal residence.

You should move out, or move to evict him- but take some action.

Sounds like a real jerk off!:mad: I'd be a little more careful about who I associate with in the future. At some point, if he hasn't already in the past, that douche bag will get his butt busted. Do you want to be a part of that? Like everyone else said, I'd move out and keep as much distance as possible between you and him.

Why would you live with someone who keyed your vehicle? Why wouldn't you have either had him evicted then or refused to let him move in with you in the first place?

The police will not kick him out of his residence even if he is arrested based upon your report. You will need to file for an eviction. Also keep in mind that if the police ever come to your home and find drugs, you're subject to arrest just like him depending on the circumstances.

You need to hurry up and get him evicted.
