Today around 2:15 i was leaving school with my friend in my friends car, it's usually a busy road so whenever someone gets the chance to pull-out they do(i know it's not the safest thing) and there's supposed to be a cop at the bottom of the hill where there wasn't today. Anyways, looking right, there was no cars, look left and there was one car about 60 yards away with his right blinker on (pulling into the school) so my friend decided to pull out. As he's pulling out the car keeps going straight, so my friend quickly scooted across to the other lane, and the other car crossed over the center line, and crashed into him. He was an older man, probably in his 70-80's.Who's at fault?
Speed limit on road is 40 or 45 not quite sure.
