guns drawn and my hand on the explosives ready to set them off in my doorway if its an ambush. How do you think we answer the door???? just like everyone else!!!!! :D

I don't. Anyone I want to talk to knows to call before they come over. Or they shout through the door so I know who it is.

I did answer the door for one persistent a-hole who wouldn't quit knocking. Guess he'd never seen a guy in his boxers open the door with a Sig in his hand. He was selling alarm systems- I informed him that I had home security all covered already.

I do have the ability to go into my garage and look out of a window at my front door without being observed.

I have a small window in the upper part of the door. I look out and see who it is before I answer.
