Nationally most crime is down believe it or not. The difficulty has everything to do with your personal choices in life leading up to your application and your abilities to handle many different situations. Seems you are still under 18and are no sooner able to tell us what you want for lunch today, never mind a career that wont even start for another 5 to 10 years from now.
As I said in another recent post, be a good citizen, pay your taxes, obey the traffic code and your chances are as good as any other normal person who takes pride in doing the right thing in life.
