Have her set up her phone so it doesn't accept blocked numbers. If she gets a call from a number she doesn't recognise tell her not to answer. Screening calls works wonders.

Or she can just take the initiative and...oooh...I dont know...change her phone number?

If she doesn't know who it is, how does she know it's a black guy/immigrant. I've known plenty of crackers who have accents or talk like they think they're in da hood.

Either stop answering the calls or just block them. It's that easy. Best bet would be to change her number. Pain in the butt but it would stop all the BS.
