Ticket for contributing/spectating

I was cited a ticket in Salt Lake County in SLC Utah. It was for exhibition of speed (contributing/spectating) 41-6a-606. I was watching somebody race. I was received the ticket while sitting in the passenger seat of my friends car who wasnt racing, we were parked. The code number is the same code as the exhibition of speed (racing) ticket. My question is, am i getting cited for the same thing as racing? Or does the description being labeled different on the ticket have anything to do with it not being the same. Also on the ticket it is not my vehicle info so how can I be cited for a traffic ticket when i wasnt the driver? What is the price of a exhibition of speed spectator ticket?

It looks like that statute covers the actual racing and the spectating of the racing.

The officer wrote the information of the vehicle you were in. That won't get you out of the ticket.

What is the price of a exhibition of speed spectator ticket?

Call the court you were cited into. They can answer that question.
