Well, if you are looking for assistance in getting into a department, it all really depends on what the other applicants "look" like v. what you bring to the table... neither of which can be changed (at least favorably) in a few months.
If you are looking to START preparing physically for an academy that you hope to be in within a few months, you are setting yourself up for failure if you did not have the forethought to prepare a little earlier (without already being in good shape, that is).

Secondly, put a little more effort into your question if you would like any in response to it. You were neither clear on what you were asking, nor did you see fit enough to even use question mark for a question.
Assuming you want genuinely accurate answers, start off with an accurate question, posed in more than a half-assed fragment of a thought (no offense, of course).
