Is definetely a misdemeanor, no argument about that, but is it first or second?
spelling error- It's....
how about posting the exact code?
samuel,
From what I'm currently reading from the court paper work, it only says County Ordiance violation- dispo:WH/ADJ W/FINE and Court fees...Business W/O LIC (nolle Pros) thanks for your advice Samuel.
Ordinance violations in Florida are all considered second degree misdemeanors for sentencing purposes. Since it appears as if the case has already been disposed, I'm not sure what your question is.

DeltaV,
My question came about because i'm applying for a position Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and one of the question is: HAVE YOU EVER HAD ADJUDICATION OF GUILT WITHELD FOR A CRIME WHICH IS A A FELONY OR "FIRST DEGREE MISDEMEANOR'?
Thank you DeltaV for the answer.....another question, where can I read about the ordiance violation or can u paste a website?
You had adjudication withheld for an ORDINANCE VIOLATION. It's considered an ordinance violation, not a felony or misdemeanor. Ordinances are ONLY considered second degree misdemeanors for sentencing purposes ($500 fine or six months in jail). That should be spelled out somewhere in Miami's municipal code.
Only the state can enact laws that are considered felonies or misdemeanors--not municipalities or counties. That's why they have their own set of ordinances.
Thanks DeltaV......I got the answer to my question...thanks...I asked because i want to DISCLOSE everything and i don't want to be DQ for a dumb error..Thanks once again...
I found it delta on the Miam-Dade Ordiance Code:
GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.5 General Penalty
"-Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, any person violating any of the provisions of this codes shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court having jurisdiction over the cause."
Thank you once again for the help.
