My question pertains to the legality of certain massage techniques in the state of Maryland. Is clitoral or genital stimulation (administered by the hands) legal as part of a massage given by a certified massage therapist?

In other words, is it legal for a massage therapist to use his or her hands to stimulate these areas during a full body massage for which he or she is receiving financial compensation?

Can you point to a reputable school for certified massage therapists that teaches the "techniques" you mentioned?
