What's the official story on this Creeker. All I have ever seen is the video, I never learned anything about the aftermath. Where there charges? What happened to the bike rider? And the "decedent" what really happened, broken neck? Massive head trauma?

What's the official story on this Creeker. All I have ever seen is the video, I never learned anything about the aftermath. Where there charges? What happened to the bike rider? And the "decedent" what really happened, broken neck? Massive head trauma?

Its been a long while since I read the story and it didn't include anything about the decedent's victims. I seem to recall the driver being charged and the decedent died of a broken neck, which seemed pretty obvious.

I think the driver was charged with some type of manslaughter... but like I said, its been awhile and there's been plenty of "jackA$$" style mayhem on youtube...
