Seriously, ROS is dead on. Be a good set of eyes and ears for your local police. However, don't confront them yourself. Let the police handle it.

And, the more detailed information you provide, the more likely someone will take up the case. We get a lot of complaints and information and we usually work the best, not the worst in terms of information.

We get about ten calls a day that go like, "There are a bunch of guys standing on the corner of Walk and Don't Walk selling some kind of drug. Do something about it.

Back in the day when my Parents lived across the street from the "hood", if you will; my Father slowed it down with a BB gun.... though they never figured who was stinging them in their rears, I would not suggest it. :D



If you know its going on, there are many options - call your local LE agency and speak with them about it.

Drug sales is something that takes a while, its not one where you call 911, and they get arrested. Also don't do it anonymously. A known complainant makes it much easier for us.
