Dude, life is not this hard, and you should be able to figure a lot of this out yourself with a little common sense. The best idea is to go to the CHP office - today, tomorrow, whenever - and explain the situation. If there is a warrant, which there may not be, you're going to be arrested sooner or later. If there's no warrant, you will have dealt with the situation and won't have to worry about it any more.
Stop making this more difficult than it has to be. I realize this is scary for you, and you're not sure what you should do, but you need to be an adult and deal with the consequences of your action. Learn from this, do the right thing, and don't do this sort of juvenile stuff from now on. Regardless of the consequences, this isn't the end of the world for you, but you do still need to deal with this in an adult manner.
