Wheels stop moving and you feel the mild jerk backwards. If you can do that without putting your feet down, that's fine. But the stop has to be as complete on a m/c as it is in a 4 wheel vehicle.

In Connecticut a stop is defined as a complete cessation of movement. The statutes do not define "stop" separately for various vehicles.

Some states, I believe CT during their MC Road test used to make you stop, literally, and not put your foot down! Thats hard.

Anyway, in TX if you can stop...all the way.... without putting your foot down, you still stopped in TX. "Stopping" Is the motor-vehicle stopping, it has nothing to do with your feet.

Since Mitch has elected to not accept pm's and has chosen to try to skirt our link posting rule as a new member and has opted to use some sort of " scumbag defense attorney " excuse...he now has a 7 day vacation from RP.
