Lights Inside of A Car in WV

I tried reading through the vehicle code, but all I can find is information on lights actually on the vehicle. Does anyone know what the code is for flashing lights actually inside of a vehicle, such as a flashing LED light bar.

I suspect that if you were someone who had a legitimate reason for having one, you would already know the answer to this.

if the flashing light is visible outside of the vehicle then it really does not matter if it is mounted on the exterior or the interior. the same laws would apply.

Specifically i do not know the laws in WV, but in MI I would stop you if you have a flashing LED light bar visible to the exterior to your vehicle.

If the light bar is not visible to the exterior of the car, such as mounted underneath the backseat, or under the dash what is the case with that?

Again, it does not matter where the light is mounted. If the reflected light is visible outside the vehicle, it's a violation. And why in the world would you want a lightbar inside your car.... under the rear seat? And don't tell me it's for the "disco effect" for your passengers.

It doesnt matter. You have no business with it, and is not legal to be installed in your vehicle.
