How do I request a P.O.S.T. exam score on an official dept. letterhead?

Hi, I recently took a California P.O.S.T. exam with a police agency in Southern California. I plan to apply to other agencies soon and they want me to submit the T-score indicated on an official letterhead of that police agency along with my application. Is it appropriate for me to ask to have my score on one or more letters since I know that nobody would accept photocopies? If it's possible for me to obtain them, what would be the most courteous way to ask for them? Any insight into this situation would be very helpful and appreciated. Thank you.

Perhaps you could get copies notarized?

Or I assume you could just call the agency that administered the test and ask for a few official copies. I wouldn't see the harm in that.

Write a letter to the agency that has your score, and politely ask them to send it to the agency that wants your score.
    Cogito ergo summopere periculosus.

    Thank You!

    Thanks everyone.
I know it seems like a simple and somewhat stupid question, but I wanted to make sure I wouldn't screw up anything along the way. Since I've been stressing about making every information I put on the application as accurate as possible, I decided to ask rather than just act on my own.

    Thanks again!!!
