I am not in law enforcement, but I am an avid watcher of "The First 48 Hours". I was wondering if law enforcement officers feel that this show is an asset or detriment to the profession?

All television shows and all news stories are slanted or "spun" to fit whatever message or view the author/director/producer wants convey.
