Flashing Lights

Would be a night time only vio in PA. But then ...if you had something hanging from your rear view mirror...that can be a cite as well.

The good part is, TX doesnt make mention of night or day.:D

Never seen anyone flash their lights though in 5 years.

I would not bother personally. The whole point of speed enforcement is to slow traffic down, who am I to turn down a little volunteer help?

One of my favorite activites when I workd DWI enforcement was to park on a hill overlooking one on of the major highways and randomly turn the radar on and off.

You'd be amazed at the sea of brake lights. :D

You and I think alike sometimes. Rolling up behind someone with their windshield rat, I'll hit the release button on the radar just to make their detector beep. Funny when they reach over to shut it off during those long redlights. :D
