Asharoken is in Suffolk County. Their police department has SIX members at last count. SIX. Three of which are former NYPD and the rest are former Suffolk cops. All of whom respect the badge.

What the PD does not accept are traffic infractions. Since they are a very small town and self-funded. The tickets = employment & benefits. This department faces the fact each day: write tickets to pay for yourself, or end up without a job. So they write out there, a lot. On average, they are known to write 4 speeding tickets a day in that department. 4 total for all working or 1 every 6 hours.

I assure you, short of mentioning any names, this is what occured. The warning ( i gave) was to keep it under 28 and wear his seatbelt.

Asharoken is a town on the north sure of Suffolk County. There is one road leading to/from Eaton's Neck, and it goes through Asharoken. Unless you know someone in either place, there's really no need to go to or through either. Its all residential.
