What is the severity of this mans actions?

As I watch these I wonder how he appears to just get away with this. What is the severity of this guys actions?

Your links don't work and I really didn't want to watch some idiot acting like an idiot...but his actions are as severe as if anyone else did it. Any assault in my state starts as a misdemeanor, and moves up to the land of felonies depending on injuries or any weapons used.

If I were to see someone being an idiot and assaulting them, I would lock him up with the rest of the morons.

On a side note, It will be nice when he finally does end up in court if the DA is bright enough to produce his home videos for the jury to watch- will give them a pretty good idea what an a-hole the guy is.
