i have a question about driving history on my application.

the tickets i received are as in order from past to present:
1. (car)a failure to follow signs. (switched lanes from a solid white line left-turn only lane to the one next to it, which i got cleared thru traffic school)
2. (car)car accident. switched lanes but didnt make contact with other person, but she lost control of her car and totaled it.
3. (motorcycle) fix-it ticket (no reflectors on license plate) got it fixed.
4. (motorcycle)speeding ticket. 95mph in a 65mph (im in the process of contesting the violation, but lets just say its on my record)

so, would i write down tickets: 2,3,4 on my app, all 4, or only 2 and 3 (if i get ticket 4 contested/not guilty)

The question appears to be ....what tickets did you GET ?

NOT what tickets did you get cleared up by going to traffic school or whatever. The agency WILL have the ability to see ALL of your tickets and if you fail to mention one , they will think that you are being decpetive.

And FWIW ...the letter I , is capatalized when used by itself.
