    Question

I am 19. Can I get in trouble for driving someone who is drunk and under 21? Basically, would I be ticketed if I was driving and totally sober but my underage passenger was not? Thanks!

Depends on the circumstances. If that person were underage you could be looking at contributing charge. Even if you didn't provide them with the alcohol. If they had alcohol in their possession and you were driving, even more trouble.

Not sure about a contributing charge since he is also under 21...

Probably not until your drunken pal does something stupid in or from your car.

And YES , it does happen.
