Please,:pPlease come to LA, CA (northern LA County area)!!!
Don't worry, we will find you. All suspicous looking out of state vehicles get stopped. Then after we find out that you are in violation, no matter what drivers license you end up with, we can help you figure out all of this crazy legal DMV stuff. In fact, we will even store your vehicle (no matter how big or little it is) at a greatly increased cost to you.;)
Does that answer your question! You try to play the system, sooner or later it will be found out and you will pay out (more than it's worth)!!:D
Why come here asking a board of Law Enforcement Officers how to break the LAW:eek:?!!!? You smoking something!! Just curious?:D
You may be okay to drive for a little while before you're arrested for fraud. You can't hold a license in a state if you're suspended in another. Then you'll have the misdemeanor suspended charge plus a felony fraud.
There are some tricks to the trade that allow us to find out about other license suspensions in other states, which we won't go into.
One Big Ass Mistake America
So you want to get get a license under false pretenses by lying about a DUI arrest in another state and hoping that FL won't find out....
Gee, what could possibly go wrong with that plan?
How bout you just deal with the consequences of your DUI and quit trying to get one over on the system. Otherwise, be willing to deal with the consequences when you get caught.....fun things like a vehicle being seized, the inside of a jail cell, a nice hefty fine, and a lengthened license suspension.

It's extremely easy for us to figure out if you have a suspended DL in the state you're currently in as well as the state(s) you came from, regardless of whether or not you're presenting a valid DL from another state.
Try that with me and you'll be looking at the following charges...
-False affidavit for a driver's license (felony)
-Driving with a suspended license (misdemeanor)
-Driving with an out of state license while under in-state suspension (misdemeanor)
-Violation of nonresident requirement for a driver's license (misdemeanor)
And yes, the first felony charge would result in your vehicle being seized for forfeiture (meaning it becomes the property of the police department) because you're using it in the furtherance of a felony.
