My girlfriend went over to her friend's house in November of 2007. To make a long story short she was molested by 2 kids before she was able to escape. They were 18 and 19 and she is 16. What can she do now if anything?

What's the reason for waiting six months to report the incident and what are the circumstances in which you found out about it?
While she can still file a report, any physical evidence will be gone and the case will be very difficult to prove.
She wasn't raped, but she was scared they would hurt her.
"Det. Tim Bayliss: You never say please. You never say thank you.
Det. Frank Pembleton: Please don't be an idiot. Thank you. "
" From the tracks on his arms, large caliber wound, proximity to a heroin market... I'd say it was a heated dispute about the symbolism of red and blue in 18th-century French romantic poetry"
Living on a lighted stage, approaches the unreal
Well yes we will, but what can they do? Do you think justice will be delivered?
It's probably more along the area of sexual assault. Locally at least, you have to be under 14 to get molested.
One Big Ass Mistake America
Where I'm from it's Gross Sexual Assault (rape). It doesn't differentiate age or otherwise.
Go to the police. Every second she wastes is less of a chance that justice will be delivered.
Not trying to stir anything up, BUT is there the possibility that she may have consented but was too ashamed to admit it to you?
