While you state that this is "NOT A COMPLAINT THREAD", is has degenerated into a "how can you cops help me get some slack at court" thread. Which is not what we at realpolice.net are about.
It's not like you didn't know that getting moving violations was a possibility going in to your job. You should have made allowances for your unfamiliarity with the road, or in some other way prepared for that situation. (Driving the roads on your off time, studied maps, etc.) The reality is, delivery drivers have to balance the rules of the road with the demands of their employer all the time. This time, you gambled and lost. However, delivery driver is likely NOT the only job in town, so even if you lose in court, you can still likely be gainfully employed. While we can sympathize with your situation (job loss due to traffic infractions), we are not equipped to assist you now. Contact an attorney.
