Background (1 small ques)

*This question is regarding Canadian police services.

Good morning guys,

My psych exam is next week and background right after. One thing has been bothering me. I did not add an employment agency (agency sent me to a placement where I worked for about 3 weeks or so) and a job where I was hired but I never worked there, into my application. Is it too late to add it now? Am I toast? Or should I add this in when/if I get to see my background investigator? Do I even need to add these in?

And, if I want to add different references, do police services allow you to do that?

I have talked to many officers from the same service and they tend to say "if you didn't work there, don't add it. And about the agency, just tell your BG investigator when you see them".
