Many questions

Alright this is going to be a very long post. This is going to be stories, questions, statements, and suggestions. Let me start by saying I do not like police officers at all. They give me panic attacks. I sometimes have to pull over if there is one behind me because of panic attacks. This is all because I was traumatized by very rude police officers at a young age. They verbally abused me and hit me.

Some of my questions are,
Why do cops think they are better than anyone else who isn't a cop?
Why do cops think it is alright for them to break the law? (drink and drive, speed ect)
Why are cops so abusive?
How do you fight a case against a lying cop?
Why do cops try to ruin innocent peoples lives?


Not too long enough I was pulled over doing the exact speed limit (25mph). I was immediately put in handcuffs in the back of a cop car. They tore apart the car while I started having a panic attack in the back of a cop car. They broke stuff in my car and tore the glued down material out the sides of my trunk. They were expecting to find drugs and didn't so the one cop wrote an outrageous police report and gave me wreckless driving. I am on probation and this is a violation for me. This crazy police report he wrote says I was doing 80mph, he could tell visually because he is laser certified or some BS. (Mind you the road I was pulled over on is only about 50 feet in distance and I was pulled over pulling out of a parking lot). It says I ran from him drifting sideways and more BS. (Mind you I was driving my Japanese economy car, 4 cylinder, front wheel drive automobile). I could prove that my car isn't capable of going even 40mph in the distance of road I was on but I doubt they would even listen to me. What should I do about all this???

I am on probation for a plea deal I took so I could get adjudication withheld on a crime I did not commit. A very dumb city cop took the word of a criminal and decided to arrest me for GTA when a criminal 5 miles away got pulled over on a stolen motorcycle. The criminal said I sold it to him when I most certainly did not. I didn't get arrested until 3 weeks after the criminal was pulled over. States attorney offered me no punishment if I plead guilty, or probation and adjudication withheld when I complete probation, or if I fight it they would increase it to dealing in stolen prop and try to give me prison.

Growing up my neighbors and my dad had many police officer friends. They would always go over to my neighbors house on duty with their cop cars out front and hang out in the garage and drink and watch nascar. This went on for years. My dad would go to football games with cops and a cop would always drive cuz they would all be drunk including the cop driving. This is another reason I don't think highly about cops.

Police always mess with me. I do nothing wrong. I am not a criminal. I am a religious person. In fact I am a Minister.

A few years back my house was robbed 3 times within 2 months. The sliding glass door was broken all 3 times. The second time it was robbed the cop who came out here was rude and said it was an inside job and told my mother I broke the door from the inside and I stole my own stuff. He wouldn't even file a police report. Ever since then me and my mom think cops are some really dumb rude people. They promised they would catch who robbed our houses. Did they? Heck no! We lost thousands of dollars ins tuff and never got it back. The third time my neighbors caught the little kids and we still have yet to see any of our belongings or restitution. We called the courts for a long time to try to see if we would ever get restitution but that never helped.

I have a buddy who was a city cop for 5 years and an undercover narcotics officer for awhile. He is a very nice man but he says he had to quit the job because of the person it makes you and the attitude you get when being a cop. So don't try to deny anything in this post because deep down you all know its true. I have only met 1 nice cop in my life and I'd say I've met at least 30 cops. I'd bet small town cops are nicer but I have no experience with them. Only the @ssholes around here.
