So I am now in a rehab/highschool and I am looking to become a police officer. It feels good to have something to finally work towards and a dream ahead of me.....I am just wondering that if I was arrested and the charges were dropped, and went to a Wilderness Program and am graduating High School from here, if I have no chance at all? I was told that if i keep things changed and stay clean, that I do have a shot.

Stay clean and put some time between the juvenile arrest and incident free adulthood.
You should be okay.This career is not a sprint, it is a marathon.

Well, the change of heart because the house that I broke into was a neighbor of mine and he dropped the charges....So do I have anything to worry about? I mean i have about 5 years or so until I apply for a job or anything.

You have shown that you chose to commit a crime and a felony at that. Nobody held a gun to your head, you WANTED to commit a burglary.
Now you will have to show us that you have changed. And this will take probably 5 years of good living, staying OUT of trouble. Not drinking, no drugs, no vandalism , no hanging out with those that do this kind of stuff AND....also take steps to further your eduxcation and or life experience.
College and or military will go a LONG way towards helping you make all of this happen.
The choice is yours because what you do today is someday going to be part of a background check. Make it good.Creeper Cop
