Someone mentioned earlier in the thread that the trooper in the video should not have done the sobriety test between the two cars. Why is that?

I completely was disgusted with the way this was handled. She was unprofessional from the very start. She told him numerous times that she was going to shoot him I have a gun and so on and so on. I didn't see any threat when she pulled her weapon on him. Simple resisting or fleeing isn't grounds for deadly force. She totaly screwed the whole Force Continueium in the ***. I saw someplace that she is the frist black female troop in Oaklahoma. (not that it has anythign to do with her being wrong) I can see that OHP is screwed no matter what they had choosen to do. Fire her then the NAACP sue's the hell out of the department, or put her back on the road and the guy and family sues the department. She used verbal commands that didn't try to deescliate the situation, they only escalated it more. She could have used O/C or baton strikes on him. She also didn't answer any of his questions. I just loved the part where she tells the guy he was drinking even before she was face to face with him. She also has piss poor officer safety. What ever happened to bladig your stance keeping gun away from people????? Thats my 2cents
