polygraph question. I doubt i will pass.

Hi, newbie here. very nice and helpful site. i have been reading on threads for 4 hours now and decided to post something.

i am hoping to apply to be a police officer in spring 08 but this polygraph test is giving me a headache.

I will be 100% honest and i have nothing to worry about in my background other than a few hits of MJ (which i hated it).

well, i will be honest as i said but i will sure be nervous as hell. and i know my heart will start pumping faster, i will think about failing. i know myself. and i am sure they relaize people get nervous so how will they be able to tell i am just nervous and not lying, is there a way? (i know stupid question, sorry)

also which kind of subjects makes you fail? i wanna know and see if i have any of them in my past.

Just be honest and you'll be fine. We're not getting into how to work through the polygraph.
