background and polygraph questions

I was looking over the pre polygraph packets for some police departments and noticed that it asked about viewing child pornography. I had two similar incidents where about 6 years ago where I was downloading files off of the interenet and unintentionally downloaded a photo that would be considered child pornography. Also, a similar incident occured around the same time that I was downloading from limewire and saw a file that was named something wierd and out of curiosity clicked on it and downloaded it. It turned out again to be a photo that would be considered illegal. In no way did I intentionally look for this material on the internet and it happened when I was about 16 years old. My real question is about the polygraph test then. If they ask me if I ever looked at this material and I say no I would be lying and would probably fail the polygraph but If I would say yes, they will think I am a pedofile. Like I said, this was totally unitentional that I viewed this material and do not want it to hurt me. I want to be as honest as possible on the polygraph but then again I am a really good person and it feels stupid that I would have to tell them this. I do remember that incident though and thought of it immediately when I saw this question in the pre polygraph packet. What do I do??
