    In NY all 4 charges that were mentioned are violations, not a crime. I just realized I wrote PL msid for trespass. I must correct myself, its just a PL violation. If there are no warrants, and proper ID, than the above would be issued a summons on scene, which is not done by NYPD for anything other than violations.

    wow, thanks. i would've looked foolish and ignorant pleading innocent to a crime i was guilty of lol

    anyway, the courts date's Aug 9, ill post the results after.

    Hey, i went to court today, and it went very well. The judge dropped 3 of the charges basically saying they were minor. So the one charced he kept was Open Container which i only had to pay $25 for Yay, I'm free!
