I am in Pennsylvania. Don't drive in violation of one and you won't have to worry

Your advice is well received, as is the spirit it was offered in, however....
I would like to know. Obviously someone shouldn't drive in violation, but I would like the information. That's why I posted.
Drive to your local CHP station. Inform them you drove there on a suspended license due to a DUI and you were wondering what the consequences were.
At the very least, a ticket for the violaton.
Step it up a notch, being arrested for the violation and having your car towed.
On a clear night, I can see the other deputies emergency lights at least 10 miles away.
But it isnt flat here LOL
Well, driving suspended in CA is an arrestable misdemeanor...meaning you can be handcuffed and booked into jail. Also, you car can, and most likely will be towed and stored for 30 days with you paying for a months worth of storage to get your car back out of impound when the month is up (around $2500). If your car isn't worth the amount of the storage, the tow yard will put a lien on the car and keep it....and then you still get to pay whatever was left over after they deduct the value of the vehicle.
Also, the court will extend your license suspension since you can not manage to obey them and not drive...your insurance, if you were even able to get insured after a DUI, will be even higher or cancelled since you like to drive unlicensed....
And to top it all off, if it's your first offense, you can be sentenced to 6 months in jail, after that it's a year.
Of course, that doesn't stop anyone from driving....so I usually tow at least one car a day due to some idiot driving unlicensed.

And if you decide to venture next door to Nevada, we will be happy to apply a similar set of violations. Our county's bail structure grows exponentially with DUI suspensions and revocations. The only exception is a work or school related restricted license that SOME courts issue. If you can establish your purpose in driving, you may not get hooked. Remember however, we dimwitted Po-Po's develop a really good BS meter. If/when you lies, we add Obstructing/Delaying an Officer and you will ALWAYS go to jail.
Ride a bike, it's healthier.
Take a cab, it's cheaper.
Refraining from operating a motor vehicle while in violation of your restricted privileges isn't a suggestion ... it's the law.
Arrested, car impounded, additional charges, additional costs and fines, additional restrictions (if not suspension) on your driving privileges ... should I continue? ;)
