Usually around 16 weeks.
Our dept is 90 days although that can be longer if the officer is not progressing well enough. The FTO does a DAILY evaluation.

Ours has a 1 year develpoment program, though it is not reallystrictly adhered to. It's really a guidlines of things that the Service wants youto have accomplised in your first year.

ours is typically around 90 days for full time officers. part time officers must first complete their part time academy, then go through 300 hours of fto.
