First off, I'd like to explain what laws I broke, I was never caught, but I have manufactured, and used said machine guns for personal use, I AM NOT a criminal, and I have since(Years ago) destroyed the weapons.
Second, I DO NOT own any illegal firearms now, and DO NOT know anybody who does, so anybody reading this who thinks they have an easy arrest, you've got another thing coming, as mentiond I am not a criminal, and never was, except breaking a few laws, which are unconstitutional anyways.
My question is, I know I'll be polygraphed, but will they catch me on this? I know they couldnt get specific enough to actually know the laws I broke, because I can walk away, but Would it be a waste of time even trying with this over my head? It was pretty dumb of me to do, I know.

they will probably ask you if in hte past you ever been accused or proven guilty of an offence and they will probably ask you too if you ever commited a crime or breach the law in anyway without being caught. Answer and be honnest, its the only way for you.
But it depends of many factors... depends since when it happened, how many times, the type of crime, were you alone or with somebody, who are those people that you were with, have you ever did it again?1. If you have a good case, try to compromise; if you have a bad one, take it to court!
2. Wait until it is night before saying it has been a fine day!
3. Whatever accomplishment you boast of in the world, there is someone better than you.

Your attitude right off the bat is crap, so I see no place for you in law enforcement. I can imagine you on the street now, deciding which laws are and are not constitutional. :rolleyes:

My department picked up a serial killer a couple months ago... He never got caught so what do we care? He seems like a nice enough guy.

So you did it. OK that's history, It's your excuse making and blaming that really stands out. In your mind it's not your fault, huh? Keep that attitude toward all that you do, you will do something like that again, justifying it before the fact, or after, as you tried here.
