    Mandatory Retirement Ages?

I have been looking through different police dept websites and am curious about retirement for cops and wanted to ask if any of the departments that you guys work for have a mandatory retirement age? thanks.

ALl 6C covered feds have a mandatory retirement age of 57... that is why you must get hired by the age of 37. They want 20 years out of you.

In PA , municipal PD's do not have a max hiring age nor a mandatory retirement age.

We had 2 guys in their early 50's take our last test.

    What about USBP?:D

Didn't the FAMS extend waivers to 40 as well a few years back?
