Wolve, my cousins department is the biggest in my immediate area. They have about 240 sworn officers. I talked with him when I was in the process with the county agency and told him that I may put my app. in with the city. He warned me to make sure I finish the process with the county before applying with the city because they don't like it if you have other applications in the process with other agencies.

All along i did think your cousins department was probably a small agency, The reason being is because i think it is usually the small agencies that have a problem with an applicant applying to many agencies. I really dont think agencies big like LAPD, Baltimore city pd, or Washington D.C. police would mind an applicant applying to many agencies. I now can understand why a 240 sworn member department would worry when they have very few officers.
