We have a 16 yr old girl who habitaully violates curfew( and we habitually cite her) , she says her dad yells at her and calls her a pothead, She told me that she ISN'T a pothead because she only smokes up a couple of times a week. I told her that perhaps compared to those who smoke up daily, she isn't a pothead. To the rest of us who don't smoke up at all, YOU ARE A POTHEAD !

If you can't remember half of what happened because you were high...

1. You deserve to be convicted.

2. Your vehicle should be impounded.

3. Your gun should be forfeited or any CW permit should be revoked.

Well i understand what u mean and luckily for me i have cops here that get tired of my b.s. and when i get in trouble with the law and they ask what to do with my truck...I tell them to leave it where it is, don't touch it! And by god they don't mess with it at all, they called a tow truck to tow it off when i got arrested and the tow truck driver refused to touch it once he found out who it belonged to! The gun was returned into my hands, what luck, i'm on probation (supervised) and i get the gun back and also my truck didn't get impounded because, like i said cops don't F with my S**t!
