Most of the cops in this area (LI, NYC) won't stop you unless you're at least 15 over. There are some areas that will however stop for 1 over.

ALthough you shouldn't lie about yourt driving record ( there are ways to find out) , what actually MADE it to your driving record is what matters the most. States typically do not report violations on an out-of-state motorist unless there is a suspension involved.

In my state , if you got a ticket for going 25 over and you are frmo another state , your home state will never find out unless you don;t pay it. Also, points don't transfer between states.

So , get a copy of your driving record(s) and see how they look , but still divulge ALL tickets on your app.

I'm going to tell everything, I didn't get TS by lying and I'm not going to do it in this case. Like I said I know the date and location of all my violations, I learned early on that lying won't get me anywhere so I just won't do it.

Thanks again for all your responses I value all of them.

Hey I got a ticket about 15 years ago for doing 5 over. However, I will admit it was my stupidity that got me the ticket. I passed a state trooper!!! What a dumbass move on my part. Hey I was 17 and he was going slow....

Good luck with the process. A few speeds shouldn't hold you back, especially the speeds you were doing!

Yea, I earned every ticket I've gotten, and probably a few I didn't get... LOL I'm glad to hear you all think they won't hold me back much. Thanks for the input... -Jake
