What are you thinking when you transport a person to jail knowing the probably won't make bond and will most likely do several years in jail for their crime?
Satisafaction? Pride? Job well done? rush?
Guilt? Sorrow? Empathy? Feeling sorry for them?

i always wonder if he or she is warm or cool enough in the back of the car. should i change the station on the radio?, do they need back support or a pillow? then i smile, and SLAM the brakes real hard when i see that deer in the road!! lol!
seriously, i think it all depends on what they are going down for. simple warrants and such dont really bother me. domestics, especially if there are children involved, i just worry more for who's left at home than i do for the guy going to the pokey.I do what I can do when I can do it.
